Hospitality Committee

Treat our teachers! Work with the committee lead to purchase, bring in, and organize lunches and snacks for teachers. Plan teacher appreciation week, kindergarten Boo-Hoo breakfast, and support committees at fundraising events.

Beautification / Landscape Committee

Like to garden? This spot is for you! Help with the upkeep of the ILE grounds (the garden beds, shrubs, and flowers), plan new beautification projects, manage playground maintenance and expansion, and begin planning an outdoor learning space.
Time Commitment 2 hours a week, mostly during late summer and early spring
ILE Generosity Committee

ILE is lucky to have supportive families so let’s spread the love! Join the committee lead to organize community service projects, volunteer experiences, and giving programs at our school.

Fundraising Committee

We can’t have 'fun' without the funds! Work with local businesses and national companies to secure sponsorships and donations for ILE events and projects.
Time Commitment flexibly 2 hours a week, Up to 3 a week around Warrior Walk & Pow Wow Events
Spirit Wear Committee

Show your ILE spirit by helping organize and sell spirit wear gear at ILE events!
Time Commitment 2 hours at select selling events such as grade level performances, field day, Warrior walk, etc…)
Classroom Team Organization

Like to organize? Help teachers and staff stay on top of their projects by organizing and cleaning out closets and cabinets.
Time commitment is flexible, as-needed basis
Warrior Walk Committee

Work with the committee lead to make copies and help set up and organize events leading up to and on Warrior Walk day.
Time Commitment 1 hour (occasionally)leading up to an event. Event(s) are all day.
Pow Wow Festival Committee

Work with the committee lead and the PTO board to plan and execute the spring Pow Wow festival.

Pow Wow Dinner Committee

Join the committee lead in planning the Annual Pow Wow Dinner and Auction. Help gather donations, auction items and experiences as well as coordinate the event.

Grant Writing / Corporate Donations

Got time? Got writing skills? Help ILE take advantage of the many available grants and school funding by filling out applications, writing grants, and researching new educational opportunities for teachers & students.

Golf Scramble Committee
