Warrior Walk is the PTO’s big fall fundraiser! The event takes place in late September and raises money through pledges students based on laps run around the school track.

History:

Warrior Walk came to ILE in 2010 as the brainchild of Cornelia and Greg Hines.  The concept was perfect – create a fundraiser that can raise money for the school without giving half of the profits to the company providing products to sell.  The result was an event that promoted physical fitness, allowed the children to solicit pledges from friends, family and community members and produced tremendous profits.  It was an immediate success!
